Several people asked where the food was from and when I told them, they all said... I love their food. A couple people said they had just had food from 808 the night before, but it's so good, they were happy to have it again. Everything was absolutely fabulous for our event this afternoon. The food arrived a little early which was perfect as our guests were starting to arrive as well. And the food was amazing! Everyone loved it. One of our guests flew in from Oahu and said that your food was as good or better than anything on the island. My wife and I go to the islands every year and I agree with that assessment. I judge the quality of a plate lunch by the Mac Salad and your was spot on perfect - one of the best. Pick up catering orders are prepared and must be picked up from our Cafe location (10100 SW Park Way) during normal cafe business hours (11am-5pm), unless otherwise requested. There is a 10% service fee applied to this style of catering. All sauces, dinnerware, etc. are sold separately.

Delivered catering orders are semi-informal as we do not provide staffing for the duration of your event. However, we do take care of the setup of the buffet table.

All pans, serving utensils, dinnerware, chaffing racks, etc. are disposable for convenience so, no return of supplies is necessary. Below is a pricing structure for our pan sizes (prices only apply to pick up & deliveries and are subject to change). All sauces, dinnerware, etc. are sold separately.

Buffet Details:

We charge a per person rate based on the menu selected for our buffet style catering. Menus can vary and every event is different therefore, pricing can range anywhere from $17-$26 per person.

It is self-serve; however, we do provide staffing for the duration of your service time, including clean-up of the buffet table & surrounding area. All pans, serving utensils, chaffing racks, etc. are stainless steel. Our full variety of sauces are included in this service. We provide disposable dinnerware for an additional fee.
